Als Digital Business Process Analyst kom je terecht in een team van professionals die gepassioneerd zijn in het ontwikkelen van slimme softwareoplossingen voor onze klanten en digitale -schaalbare- producten die verandering ondersteunen.
Hoe ga je bijdragen?
- je bent in staat om behoeften van onze klanten te vertalen naar nieuwe software solutions
- bedrijfs- en systeemanalyses uitvoeren met als doel functionele en niet-functionele eisen te definiëren
- je brengt processen in kaart en plant op basis daarvan gegevensstructuren en integratiebehoeften
- de zakelijke verwachtingen van de klant weet je te vertalen in naar technologische oplossingen en het resultaat kan je presenteren aan zowel de klant als het ontwikkelingsteam.
Technologieën en vaardigheden die je nodig hebt
- ervaring als bedrijfsanalist, procesanalist of systeemanalist, bij voorkeur in een IT-bedrijf
- ervaring en/of kennis van softwareontwikkeling en het documenteren van processen om verbeterpunten te vinden
- goede kennis van de principes van structuur en werking van informatiesystemen
- bekendheid met SQL querying, XML en visuele processchema's (Bizagi, Camunda of vergelijkbaar)
- een resultaat- en oplossingsgerichte houding en mindset
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Frans is een groot pluspunt.
