We’re looking for Sales Manager, who is a sales professional experienced in cybersecurity, tech and consultative sales. You know how to make complex topics sound simple, uncover the real “customer pain”, and stay focused on what truly matters – building strong, lasting client relationships.
Your role in action
- Identify and engage with new clients across industries that need cybersecurity and AI- powered software development solutions
- Promote and sell our core services:
- Security Consulting services (audits, ISO 27001, NIS2, etc)
- Security Trainings and Attack Simulation
- Penetration Testing
- Software solutions using AI agents and smart AI-driven solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach (email, calls, social media)
- Lead discovery meetings, understand client needs, and offer tailored proposals
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and pricing
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
- Represent Net Group at online and in-person events, webinars, and conferences
- Continuously improve sales materials in close feedback loops with marketing

You’re a great fit if you have
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or cybersecurity space
- Understanding of cybersecurity and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
- Experience in selling services such as consulting, training, or audits (would be a benefit)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- A self-driven, structured approach yet independent working style
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confidence in working with OKRs
