Your Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and business-driven Team Lead who is passionate about business growth, building long-term client relationships, and leading a high-performing software development team.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, grow existing client accounts, and drive your team's business performance. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, independence and the ability to see the bigger picture, both from the client’s business perspective and the long-term development of your team.

You will have the freedom to shape your team's strategic direction, develop new client relationships, and build capabilities that respond to market opportunities.

As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of software engineers, analysts and QA engineers who primarily focus on digital health projects. You will ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction and support your team members’ development, collaboration and motivation. The key expectation is ownership of the final result and making things happen.
